I know I'm not paschal, but I will put in my two cents. personally, I think that we need to close above 3.2 cents before we see any sort of breakout. otherwise, the pressure will just continue to buil as it has been lately. I am certain that it will push through sooner rather than later though...

btw, for those relatively new to charting, RMG has been a great stock for me to study as it has been quite easy to read and given quite clear signals so far. It's been a great learning tool for me anyway so far.
