Wabbit you are concocting this scenario focussing on Doc. Doc is not the problem the people in charge of EGO, our representatives of our company are the problem.
Kit is right about circumstances but really who is responsible for them and why are you not asking the BOD some hard questions about those circumstances. Focus on them. Ask them the burning question............. IS ANYTHING HAPPENING?
