As an interesting point; in 1994 Bell Securites (Keith Goode) had buy recks on this stock at above 70 cents with targets of greater than $1.50. I think, if my memory is true, that Merril Lynch did also. It has been in receivorship since.
In march UBS put a sell on WES at $22.
......No, brokers never give bad advice. Must be because they have no conflict of interest when getting there clients into and out of stocks.
