Ken was very upfront about it. Those things take bit of time. When you go to your bank for $5000 personal loan it takes an average 1 week to process at least.
I mean, few weeks or a month for $100m is not that bad.
Anyone or anything else is just pure speculation.
The mgmt ticked all the boxes to this date... So yeah
