The usual strategic small volume sell down to 10.5 last sale today - daily average over 11 cents. Of course some shareholders who don't monitor share trading closely via the internet can be influenced by closing prices.

The overall strategy including bogus selling orders above the market price are all about market psychology and having gullible holders playing into the hands of the accumulator.

The pattern of trading in TTR is certainly not that seen when day traders are active - there has just not been enough fluctuation. I am sure there is at least one or two serious accumulators operating.

What I would like to see when the next top 20 list is posted (may only get it with the annual report!!!!) is that all existing holders (particularly associates of TTR) have maintained their holdings or have been adding. This would be a great vote of confidence in the Company. I suspect the mining investment company Pegmont to be one of the accumulators. Naturally any significant corporate investment group does get some priviliged access to the managing director and are inclined to seek regular briefings - smaller shareholders find it a lot harder.

I am starting to get a little impatient though waiting for "The Announcements" - I can assure fellow posters that I was given the impression that we would have a series of announcements in the next week or so. Obviously it has turned out to be "or so" as it has been at least a couple of weeks since this communication.

No news is good news they say - It can only mean there have been no market sensitive disasters. It can mean that RAV8 mining is continuing longer than anticipated. It can mean that TTR is getting a better deal for Burnakura.

Isn't it all thoroughly challenging - I think I might become a full time share market investor. You can learn so much about this business the closer you get to it. However, although I have a wide spread of investments I find Tectonic Resources to be the most fascinating and frustrating. Their use of cash flow from RAV8 to manage, explore and develop the Phillips River Gold Project to Govt approvals and Bankable Feasibility Study stage was exceptionally well done. It is so frustrating that this progession was stalled. However with the sale of Burnakura and a strong cash position I believe early in the new financial year we will see funding for the project acheived. The strong position of the company both in terms of project feasibility and a strong balance sheet will see a measure of debt funding combined with some component of equity funding. Existing shareholders should have a chance to participate in the fund raising.
