I agree kbrown , we have been reserving our right for what seems like years !
we have been called out by woodside , the government has given us the green light to fight so nows the time to stand up , if we come out and declare we are going to arbitration it will bring this to a head
we either go to court and fail , all we have lost is a million bucks
we get the 35%
woodside make an offer ,which also might bring out other offers
we get some sort of compensation
I think its time for cath and the team to front up
