My interpretation of it was it would be cost prohibitive if they were to complete field trials by themselves on all crops mentioned to please the needs of a few. (Possibly some of the repetative contributors to this forum)
To be cost efficient with trials they are partnering with growers associations BUT the trials will be done to suit their schedules and growing seasons.
The positive I take is there is engagement from potential customers of the future. I accept the downside of delayed trials if the above scenario is what I believe it to be....
All IMO and happy to hold long.
