Awesome activity today. I love the language...of both announcements...WPL's was very frustrated - and FAR's very controlled and considered. I suspect WPL have not seen this situation coming, and it certainly now adds understanding to FAR's statements previously that they didn't want to show their hand! I reckon this is a huge hit...so far WPL have not attempted to contradict FAR's assertion that there "is no Joint Venture agreement for this to occur"

We are now at the business end of this dispute...and I can't help but believe we are on some solid ground...the issue has been going for 12 months - which is plenty of time for FAR to realize whether this was just a pipe dream (or otherwise). Today's announcements show FAR is confident and I suspect have real belief in the ground they are on.

A few interesting weeks ahead...but I am sure glad I am in this!!
