What an earth are you talking about? VRC will be broke at the end of the month without a CR and they only have one "binding" deal for 1,000 tonnes. VRC is not "smart" or a "leader", it's a train wreck.

And Volt will not be producing in Q3, they are hoping to send a bulk sample to the new MOU group for testing. This is a product marketing exercise and VRC has no money to pay for any of it and no guarantee it will end up in a binding deal.

GPX, MNS, WKT, KNL, BAT, even TON are miles ahead of Volt on product testing. And that's just a few of the ASX ones, there are also a number of much better TSX graphite companies.

And have you seen where graphite prices have fallen? VRC's product is in the $600-$1,000 per tonne range. The economics will be very marginal for Volt.
