Hi Glassford - welcome to this forum - of all the postulations put forward since yesterday I find yours one of the most plausible as to why WPL may have been forced into action at this time.
Can I presume from your comments that you believe there is time pressure on WPL for a resolution to licence ownership - of some sort, before the 30th June (Annual Report cut off) - to avoid a messy corporate governance issue with Annual Reports and Auditing ?
