I believe the roadshow is to attract investor attention and not for a cap raise but because it's an 80 odd million dollar company that can fly under people's radar. To open their eye to a "penny stock" that has strong growth and revenues with increasing margin and a world leading product, could open their eyes to see a company they would never have conisidered purely on market cap alone. Excellent opportunity. And to me it shows WP is actually trying to get the sp moving up. Even if he fails at this short term, I'd rather him make the company great and let the share price follow. If he had to fail at either, I'd rather it be at getting sp up on the long term with awful fundimentals- of you wanna see how that goes check this very same company just a few years ago
