Dates for any D4E has apparently been pushed. I am not aware of any current dead line for this.
Maybe they want to run out the lawsuit of Watchstone which in reality belongs to old share holders.
As I have previously posted Achorage seem to be proactive and cooperative in previous D4Es dealings.
As I have also previously posted (based on scholarly research) it appears that on average shareholders are better off when hedge funds enter the scenario. I know some posters believe that research is no good as it mainly is from the US. However, we are apparently dealing with an US hedge fund here so I believe the research is very relevant and based on a large sample. Have you got better research available bring it forward?
Let's be patient and talk after our court documents have been filed. Hopefully by the end of June.
