    I'm also not sure on dates for DFE, so i agree with u on that point.

    Nothing belongs to old SH here except the shares they own or the money they got from selling their shares. In the very unlikely case that SGH gets any money from WTG, only the current SH and/or debt holders will benefit depending on how the restructure and recap/dfe unfolds.

    The reason SH are better off when Hedge funds get involved is because they often stop administration, thus producing a loss for SH of less than 100%, most examples in history show that SH end up with less than 5% after a recapitailization and this is why SH are better off, because its better than nothing (Zero).
    So yes your research is relevant although misunderstood by yourself and likely others.

    Its been game on for a few years imo........... Its nearly game over now.
