Selling by Keaton Paul Wallace

Now i assume that Keaton Paul Wallace is the same Wallace that was a director of WGL (correct me if im wrong but I think he is still an executive for WGL). As a shareholder I have been able to inspect the share register with the registry and ive noticed this Wallace has been a seller of late. Now Wallace is not a director hence no disclosure required nevertheless i question why he is a seller and if it is good for him then its good for me. it just makes me nervous when ex directors with large amount of shares from the vend/ipo end up going off the board and selling shares. I encourage other fellow shareholders to inspect the register for yourself and see with your own eyes if you dont believe me.
