Lenze will know XPE are desperate for revenues from anything remotely related to core tech. Let me paraphrase the bit you quoted: For the purposes of clarity, it is important to note that XPE is trying to relate the iPark App to core tech by mentioning words like ADRC.

I am going by the licensing agreement that they announced with Lenze (and likely already signed) that it will be .15US per active download. They didn't just implemented the simple iPark apps, it a complete redesign of their implementation solution by using certain feature of ADRC (as indicated in their announcement).
