break it down to an example...so a business worth $1mil - you bought it for $1mil, then for some reason, gets an abnormal payment of $10mil on its books for you (the shareholders)...the business is now not worth $11mil???? really?
so a business worth $32mil, gets an abnormal payment of $100mil, $400mil etc (whatever)...its not worth that?
