Less shares and options = less dilution which is great, especially with the upcoming Nationwide Go Live date. Less shares to soak up will help the SP climb.
Better to drop a few positive Ann's and then CR if needed at a higher SP in fourth qtr. Something they should have done in the first place! Those 60mill options in payment to Ironside were a bit much I thought.
