Cap raise coming?

all in my opinion and dyor but the latest qty had $1.5 mill cash and then they received $0.6k subsequent. Bills outstanding plus everything owing since march 31 would probably bring cash down to closer to the $1 mill mark. From my discussions with brokers incl some who went to recent presos I would suspect funding is required given all the grand plans expected/announced. I don't feel uptake numbers of vpn service have been great. keen on others thoughts. sure they can obviously conserve cash but then plans just get pushed down the track/hit on the head and no driver for share price appreciation.
