I think the market is keeping 1ST down because of historical lots of capital raises. If the next quarterly looks good we may be on our way. I too have used HealthEngine (my own GP) and found it ok. I tried to use 1st on another occasion for someone else and gave up. I say this not to bag our own house, but I have thought about some of the comments recently on the site and truth is, it was clunky to use so I picked up the phone and made an appointment. I am sure 1st is onto this, feedback is always important. Glad to see we have moved past bagging competitors. It's not a good look and we have to concentrate on our own house. Fact is, HealthEngine is way ahead of the game at the moment and that is just the way it is. 1st has an opportunity to carve out a different niche and should take it.
