If they can't even sell out their harvest of ~240t of heartwood, you should be able to see that they can't sell the 10,000t/yr that constitutes the vast majority of future years' claimed production at anything even vaguely approaching the fantasy pricing levels they claim. That makes them bust.
Have they not been able to sell 240t of heartwood or sold the oil from it? Are you confident they haven't sold it?
