Indcor (ICO) an Australian company listed on the ASX has been in the news this week.
Indcor, is in the Bio Fuels business in Australia. Bio Fuels, of which Ethanol is one example, is synthetic combustable fuel, and can be added to petrol. The effect is that the petrol/ethanol mix burns cleaner than pure petrol, plus because the additive is manufactured locally, the saving for Australia in foreign exchange is enormous.
Indcor, and its partner, the giant Multiplex Construction group headed by respected business person John Roberts, has announced plans for the development of an Ethanol manufacturing plant in Swan Hill.
Indcor had now presented a viable business plan, which includes refinancing and a restructured financial base. This coupled with the willingness of the Multiplex Corporation to add its endorsement, bodes extremely well for the future of Indcor. A realignment of shareholding in Indcor took place on the ASX in the past week, with in excess of 200m shares traded.
Indcor, a fledgling business, now presents an extremely serious approach to its future as a major player in the Bio Fuels industry. In time, Indcor will become a major exporter of Ethanol, and a major foreign currency earner for Australia.
Currently traded on the ASX at $0.006 bid per share, the upside potential of this stock is breathtaking. IMHO, Indcor (ICO), will be the stand-out stock on the ASX for 2003, and for many years to come.
Below is a summary of comment from various vehicle distributors, regarding the acceptance of ethanol for their product.
