    That's good dollars from a passive investment - will reduce debt levels by $175mil - that is from $554mil at 31Dec to $379mil or by over 30%.
    So dividend will be coming back in Sep/Oct.
    Don't know how those Gold Coast Theme Parks are going now but should start to improve in FY18.
    Might see $4 tomorrow as these proceeds are worth over a dollar a share.
