They will probably announce a week out from July 11 that they have raised money via SIs and paid out the EO and balance due and issued a few hundred million shares and that the decks are clear.
Buy after that day, after the dip to account for the new dilution of course.
They could wait till the last days.
Its hard to predict how things are done nowadays.
