Six to eights weeks minimum. If it was that clear cut, Justice Martin would have made a decision immediately. The longer this drags out, the more likely it is that the decision will involve be in favour of the plaintiff. Decision likely to test the definition of a contract. One thing to note is that many judges were once barristers, so they often find favour for the plaintiff. Too close to call.
