1) Improved their efficiency rates to 54.3% from 50%, and hit a 160,000 dmt rate.
2) Improved product quality by lowering mica content to 1.83%

Looking good, the product quality is getting progressively better, and by the end of the year, we should be able to reach peak performance, with hopefully, lower mica, and higher grade spodumene, once the final circuit is refurbished in Q3-2017.

I think prices, were driven down, to buy shares cheaper, and realise a higher gain, this is typical of the market, before news. And GXY typically releases good news on Tuesdays.
