In all reality - another upward day on the DOW of FTSE on monday night will mean we get off to a cracking start on tuesday. On the other hand, I'd say that a flat or slightly negative day in the US would override whatever 150 DOW recovery we had on friday.
Having said that, if I had any free money, I'd have invested a bit more in BHP and RIO on friday.
