The idea we spend $1 million to get what exactly?
Does FAR concur with Buffalo's assessment that we are merely chasing damages or are we chasing the rights to buy the 35% in question?
Chasing damages is a waste of time & money.
I can't believe that we would go to all this trouble, expense and reputational damage merely for a chance at a damages claim.
This needs clarification quick smart.
