Could you please show the rest of the readers where I was bagging TV2 on the DT thread? I was discussing something in general with a couple of other posters today so I suggest that you're jumping at shadows there friend.
In regards to today's announcement, it should be noted that there is actually no revenue yet, despite the headline. All they have said is they intend to raise an invoice before the end of the month. That is not revenue. You can call it revenue when it actually arrives.
Half the posters here would not have been around when the last "first revenues" announcement for TV2 hit. To take a trip down memory lane, here is what you wrote at the time:

That's $250,000 a month conservatively...
I feel it could quite easily be double or multiple times higher but I'm erring on the side of caution so I don't get carried away..

That "first revenue" announcement generated, for all intents and purposes, no revenue yet here we are again gushing again about TV2U generating its "first revenue" and crunching totally outlandish numbers. Even if the 13oK arrives, it's not revenue in the sense that many here seem to expect, especially those who think that this is the minimum guaranteed amount every month. Such an incorrect assumption, yet people here who seem to know what they're doing are making this simple error - the company is expecting 130K soon and that could in fact be nothing the following month.
Further points:
- A search yields no results (that I can see) for the Brazilian OTT Trade Association;
- A search yields no results (that I can see) for SolGO;
- Tv2U infrastructure is not capable of delivering the "unprecedented offerings" alluded to in the announcement.
I think people need to read announcements properly because many are worded very carefully to imply one thing (the Foxtel of Brazil as an example) while giving sufficient ambiguity for when things don't eventuate that it can be argued "they never said that exactly".
