Proving that smart talk doesn't create commodities out of thin air.
China claiming they can substitute more cobalt with nickel in batteries. I seriously doubt they can do that to any great degree, for decent quality batteries that give range and don't burst into flame, and it sounds like spin.
Some were also claiming that Cobalt is used in the cheap-end Lithium batteries, when the opposite is exactly the case... You can't claim Cobalt is expensive, then claim it's used in cheap batteries, that is logic fail 101 and simply un-truths being spoken.
NCA and NMC batteries are premium ones used by companies like Tesla.
