The great thing about this outcome is what it will do for cash flow.
SGH would have had to outlay the cash first to its lawyers and associated expenses.
Now that its settled, the cash will come in quickly from the Gov (especially the Gov).
Any way, its not like this will solve all of SGH's problems.
