Have you read the last annual report? No bank will lend them the money, they are mortgaged to the hilt as it is!
The vendors reduced the share issue from 20% to 15% in exchange for additional time to sort the earn out.
If you are holder,ring the company and ask them the question you asked the forum regarding the rush for capital.
Unfortunately the options you mention above are just not feasible.
