To me, the opportunity comes to buying s company that I believe will be highly profitable in the future but before it becomes so. I'm buying ahz on a longer time frame, and believe it will sustain its huge growth for quite a few years (between 30-80% yoy depending on entering new markets such as India and China). As such it's impossible to give it an absolute intrinsic value (what's a premium and what's there). Hence why I've made the statement before that anything under 40c to me is cheap. If ahz can manage just 30% yoy growth for 6 years it's revenues will be over 100m, Profits will follow and as biotech trades generally on a high p/e the price will too and ahz is also creating products that will be easier to put to market I believe the growth is sustainable. At 40% you growth that 100m revenues becomes 150M in the same time. I believe that's a more likely outcome also, as the growth is currently in an accelerating phase. For me it's a no Brainer under 40c and depending on future results, even higher but that's my margin of safety at the moment. There's a huge amount of potential here and I believe WP wants to try and make this a billion dollar company anyway. But yeah for me, it's the sustainable growth, new markets and long term approach I believe in 6 years this would be a 4-5 dollar share and I'm willing to sit and watch and buy at these levels.
