Yes Thermo SOL does communications infrastructure and services which TV2U can and will avail to.

The part they cannot supply will be the CENC compliant digital rights platform, the encoders for the 200 live and VOD channels and the ingestation and play-out services. The servers they sit on and the ISP and related telco grade data carrier services I see can be piggybacked along SOL infrastructure via the partnering model.

That part is quite niche and reliant on only a few vendors who specialise in those video centric technologies and from what I can see from TV2U 's own architectural models, will need to be procured in setting up the SOLGO service.

Its just COGS in that OTT industry so nothing out of the ordinary. I just raise it as posters were wondering why a future CR might be flagged now. IMO that would be a valid reason to do so.
