hazardous patents

Hi Hazardous,

Was browsing through some Patents is morning, I think I have found the reason for the hold up in proceedings.............the Australian Patient, is sitting there unable to be viewed (Ventracor Ltd) 771931, maybe because it hasn,t been passed by the TGA yet, but I found an interesting piece of information we don,t know about............ Apparently there is some oppostion, going on with Hearware,s patent and VCR..........have a look at this? maybe this is the reason the implanting rate has been slowed or stopped? Am going to do some more research into this..................just wondering what you think?
