Ken has said he will fully fund the mine as soon as possible..this is exactly what he has done. if this announcement wasn't made now then every man and his dog would be on hot copper jumping up and down demanding why he hasn't done what he said he would do. In my opinion this opens the door for the instos to move in.happy days
