Who owns RAP at the moment?
1) Aussie retail: Mainly a burnt-out bunch who read HC daily and who no longer have the fire power to react positively to anything.
2) Foreign retail: They've never heard of RAP.
3) Institutions - FIL: Have enough RAP already pre-FDA, might grab some more later.
4) Institutions - other: Don't own, not taking the risk pre-FDA. Will come buying quickly once FDA and first deal is in place.

It's all about the FDA folks. RAP will move sharply higher when that's in place. The only problems facing mngmt will be problems of success.
