    June 15 (Reuters) - KordaMentha Restructuring:

    • Selection of preferred bidder-ARI.AX
    • Announced it had chosen a Korean consortium as preferred bidder for Arrium Group of companies
    • Consortium is headed by Newlake Alliance Management and JB Asset Management and is supported by Posco company
