Huh?
They announced an issue of options, released a prospectus, had the share go XB (ex bonus issue) meaning we all thought we were going to get the options, and *then* found out from ASIC that the prospectus had problems. We know all of that. How about getting the prospectus correct in the first place?
Also the buyback debacle. Missing ASX announcements, buying back at a price that's higher than what ASX regulations allow for due to 'miscommunications'. There is a pattern here.
I'll agree that these could be (and probably are) minor hiccups on this journey. I've said a few times that I'm a bit torn on this issue of how much slack to cut them. But it definitely is some level of mismanagement and it makes me wonder if they've bitten off more than they can chew. Hopefully it's all sorted soon and we just move on, happily But it's now been a week and we still know nothing more.
