Hummmms, why do you think apg didn't try to do a jv with Sino. After all, they are next door we hear, and I presume they already have the necessary equipment on the ground. And once the deal is signed with the Gov't agency, work could start immediately. How long will Archipeligo take to start drilling? Just a thought. Perhaps Sino were approached and weren't interested.
