Your interpretation that there are $130K coming in a month is incorrect.
Firstly they are issuing an invoice for that amount and hopefully in US$ and secondly be paid in July.
It depends on the uptake of the service what future cheques are written by SOL. I do not know what the competition is so I do not know how fast subscribers will grow. We will know more in August I guess when we get an announcement about July subscriber numbers.

That's how I understand the announcement.
