That is true Sot. Raised 5 million at no discount, in fact at a premium to todays close. So just added a year to the runway for no discount on current market price. Almost unheared of these fays and a massive show of confidence from someone.
Will be interesting to see how the market reacts but im normally glass half empty and i think that is a great result.
The only downside might be if the soph is the same buyer who has been pushing the price up and just decided to make a direct cash offer cos they knew buying same on market would probably put sp at 7c?? Thats assuming main buyer over last months is 1 person. If not then its on for young and old as maybe other buyers will now panic and dive in for more. Happy days. In june sell off time as well lol..
