Exactly Camcam, the cost and time and dilution to reach 110 - 220 mt will be devastating for current shareholders. It's a flawed plan, and the market may be recognising that as well, judging by the trading patterns since the advent of new management.
Small caps will not want to miss the boat with Graphite, the only advantage some will have is speed to market. The slow coaches will not survive. There is not the time for most, because the market will be floaded before most small caps start production. It's a simple equation, you produce now or you die.
