1. I never said Jemsoft was self sufficient, I said MIC is so it doesn't matter if they were "forced" to also acquire 56% of MIC as part of the Jemsoft acquisition, the key was always Jemsoft's IP and resources.......and with the exciting updates recently, they will need all these resources........
2. I meant XPE might have successfully negotiated the withdrawal of the "court case" which allow them the option of acquiring 56% of MIC in a deal that allow XPE to acquired Jemsoft at a better price before the announcement.......
3. She has decided to transition in 3 months and I doubt she can take any IP with here.......but either way, XPE's target was always Jemsoft........
If one of these billion dollar company do decide to do a M&A of XPE.......this will be an overnight 10+ bagger........but I think they and the market are still evaluating ADRC. But if it does happen...wow.
