The United Nations. The wonderful peacekeepers whose representatives travel around third world countries in high end upmarket convoys. Who stay in 5 star accommodation while investigating the conditions under which the poor are living. What a joke they are. And now they are able to identify "civilians" in counties where the people are used as human shields either willingly or not. How can they identify civilians in the situations in the ME war zones? What is the uniform that distinguishes the fighters from the civilians? It's a total farce and it is disgusting that our government insists on being a part of it, let alone the cost to us to do so.
