I guess back then they didn't have Monash Uni doing trials with some of the most experienced staff at their disposal. I guess they weren't waiting on the results of a PFS which given the trials so far would lead one to speculate on when not if it will be built. The Hydro trials IMO will be telling if positive as its easily replicated real life without the variants of soil type, climate ans so forth. I guess we will know soon enough with initial results on Bok Choy and Rocket due shortly.
