Anyone got any ideas why BTC Markets and other $AUD seem to trade cryptos at a price above what you would expect given the current AUD/USD exchange rate? eg - currently litecoin $47 US on coin base which corresponds to $62 AUD, but trading at $73 AUD on BTC markets. That's over 15 % premium.
