I had hoped some better news would come from other posters as I sympathize with gs, but I mention this article 13th June by the minister who says "It is our hope that BCL and Tati Nickel mines, being the largest employers in the mining sector, will soon find investors and commence operations,”.
Of course the converse of this is they still have no investor, yet.

To be honest Kebonang's track record re BCL progress leaves much to be desired. The value of his commentary so far is about as good as BML's share price.
