    considering a less than $1M margin last FY and a forecast break even this year anything over 70c is overpay so take it and run. August share price 2016 after last years debacle was 72c and this year is worse. why Vinci are keen at 1.28 is beyond me as they are buying an order book and management who cant deliver profit.
