Must be a bit of a catch 22 lining up all the approvals and finance.
I wonder if those lined up to finance the mine will want to do so before TIVAN is confirmed via approvals/finance? Will they accept it's just a formality. Indications have been that mine construction will get underway before TIVAN approvals/finance.
