Offer is closed on 7th August so not too long away. Why sell now as if your shares are compulsory acquired they will be at the same price. If they dont get the 90% of shareholder on board, then they will have to increase the offer otherwise will need to continue to list the stock. Lots of upside in my opinion as they are not making the offer to lose money on and you can then ride the upside.
